Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, you can return an item within 14 days after receiving the order.
We do not offer refunds, only store credit/gift cards.
Eligibility & Conditions
If you have damaged your items or they show signs of wear we cannot accept a return - they must be in a resealable condition.
We do not offer refunds on shipping/delivery costs.
Sale items sales are final and cannot be returned.
Earrings cannot be returned due hygiene and safety reasons.
Unfortunately we do not offer a free return label. The shipping/delivery fee of the item(s) sent for return is the responsibility of the customer.
How to Return
Send us an e-mail within 14 days after receiving the order stating your order number, what item(s) you want to return and we will help you.
Once we have provided the return address, please arrange a suitable courier service/delivery company to return the item(s) to us. We advise a tracked service to ensure the package arrives safely.
Please return item(s) in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. *Note: do not send items outside of this time frame or they will be refused.
Once your item is received we will inspect and notify you if your item has been approved or denied. Shortly after, you will receive a store credit via email if your item(s) have been approved.
Missing, Lost or Stolen Packages
Shipments that have arrived at a processing facility (i.e. USPS) and/or shipments that have been marked delivered and are missing, lost, or stolen are the sole responsibility of the courier service/delivery company. ALLURA DAZE will not be obligated to handle such issues.
**We are not able to resend orders that are returned to us by the courier service or delivery company. If your order is returned to us you will be refunded for the item total. Please note delivery costs are non-refundable unless we are liable for mistakes on the shipping label.
